Classic, clean, and timeless is what Elliot and Megan envisioned for their wedding day, and wanted a photo gallery that reflected that. They hosted a traditional Catholic mass at St. Cecilia's Cathedral before bringing all of their people together at the Leo Ballroom in the heart of Omaha. I want to emphasize that traditional does not have to mean lack of emotion and lack of creativity in a final photo gallery. There is so much beauty in getting married at somewhere as meaningful as a cathedral. But trust, their day brought the FUN. The dance floor was packed, with some help of live entertainment from the Diamond Empire Band. There's something about the air that feels different with live music.
Film and Polaroid were important to Megan and Elliot. They wanted the feelings of the day to translate just as much as the intentional choices they made in making it beautiful. Film mediums pack a nostalgic punch and bring a tangible element that strikes an emotional chord in all of us.
